The Star Asset Security (“SAS”) Response Plan (“RP”) for COVID-19 outlines how SAS will maintain business continuity in the midst of global health crisis. SAS’ response is guided by the relevant advisories issued by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and other public health agencies.
SAS will continue to have active discussions with our product partners regarding any disruptions COVID-19 may have to manufacturing, shipping, and delivery, which could impact SAS’ ability to provide service to our customers. We are fortunate to work with a wide range of product partners and distribution channel partners that are also maintaining options to best ensure a steady supply of products. We encourage our customers to continue engaging with their account representatives on latest developments.
Our objective with this response plan is as follows:
- Minimize health risk to colleagues
- Minimize the risk of premises becoming a node of transmission
- Ensure plans are in place for colleagues quarantined or infected
- Ensure alternative arrangements with suppliers and customers so that business operations can continue
